Terms and Definitions​

NETZ.RUN VPN Bot (https://t.me/netzrun_bot) - hereinafter referred to as the "Service" - is an automated program designed to perform certain tasks/commands.

User is an individual who uses the Service's services.

Terms of Use - hereinafter referred to as the "Terms" - is a set of rules and conditions regulating the use of the Service.

The User expresses their agreement with the Terms by using or paying for the Service's services.

Responsibilities of the Parties​

The Service is not responsible for any legal and/or illegal actions committed by the User while using the Service.

The Administration of the Service has the right to make changes to the Rules.

The Administration of the Service has the right to limit the User's Internet traffic if abnormal traffic consumption is detected.

Use of Services​

The User undertakes to pay for the Service's services. In case of non-payment for the Service's services, the Service has the right to restrict access to the Services.

The User undertakes to use the Service's services only in accordance with the law.

The User bears full responsibility for the use of the Service's services and agrees not to violate the rights of third parties and/or perform any illegal actions using the Service's services.

Prohibited Actions​

  • Reselling the Service's services
  • P2P/Bittorrent traffic
  • Spam (e-mail)
  • Offensive or insulting language, hate speech
  • Posting or distributing materials that are illegal pornography or contrary to moral standards
  • IP address spoofing
  • Use of port scanners, proxy checkers, and any similar software
  • Unauthorized or unauthorized access to other computers or networks (i.e., hacking)
  • Dissemination of Internet viruses, worms, or other destructive actions
  • Any other illegal actions

Termination of Access​

The Service reserves the right to terminate access to the Service's services in case of a violation of the User's Terms of Use.

The Service has the right to refuse service to the User without explanation.

The Service has the right to restrict the User's access to the Service's services without explanation.

Refund of Funds​

A refund of funds is possible only due to issues on the Service's side.

Any other requests for refunds are discussed strictly on an individual basis. Refunds may be denied without explanation.

The Service provides the Services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
